Steve Pierce, CEO

Steve was an AH-64 Apache armament technician and avionics technician for 10 years and from there moved into contract avionics and weapons systems modifications on US Army aircraft. His experience with maintaining the TADS/PNVS systems on AH-64 apaches and performing avionics modifications led him to performing FLIR EO/IR camera installations on rotor and fixed wing aircraft around the world. Steve has designed, assembled, tested, installed, and managed installation teams performing ISR modifications on everything from small light sport aircraft to Pakistani Navy Fokker F-27 MPA, Mexican Air Force Embraer ERJ-145 ISR aircraft, to King Air 350ER maritime patrol aircraft (MPA) for multiple foreign militaries and agencies. With long term relationships with US and Foreign Militaries, as well as most major suppliers of ISR mission equipment, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company in regards to complex ISR & MPA platforms.

Alan Pendergrass, CTO

Alan started his career in the US Army as a helicopter mechanic and crew chief. After leaving the military, Alan attended Oregon State where he received a Mechanical Engineering degree, then worked for several aircraft companies as a technician and engineer. Alan received his Designated Engineering Representative for Structures and Certification Management for Part 23, 25, 27 and 29 delegation from the FAA and has since managed over 300 FAA STC projects with various ACO’s, has five years of experience as an ODA STC and PMA Administrator and has issued multiple STC’s on behalf of the FAA. Alan’s experience in structural engineering and FAA certification brings together a winning team that provides large organization capabilities and small business flexibility & pricing.
